How much does it cost?
Labiaplasty prices can vary quite a lot, but Dr. Sidway offers extremely competitive rates for all procedures. However, plastic surgery is the last purchase where price should be your main concern—the cheapest doctors should make you think twice. Even if you think labiaplasty is outside your budget, there's good news—Dr. Sidway is able to offer monthly financing through Care Credit, meaning a happier you is never out of reach.
How do I know if I'm a good candidate?
Since labiaplasty is meant to reduce the size of enlarged labia, nearly any reason is perfectly acceptable. The most common ones we see are a lack of confidence, hygiene issues, or discomfort during sex, exercise or other physical activities. Remember, there's no shame in wanting to better your body. However, it's best to consult with a surgeon in order to find out if surgery is your best option.
How long will it take me to recover?
Thankfully, the recovery period for labiaplasty is usually short. While you'll need to avoid sexual intercourse for roughly 6 weeks after the surgery, you may return to exercise in just 3 weeks, at the most. Also, labiaplasty is an outpatient surgery. That means you can sleep at home the same night as your procedure, instead of a hospital bed.
