Did you know...
Up to 65% of men have to deal with gynecomastia—but more than 90% of guys feel happier and more confident after gyno surgery.
If you’re like one of the millions of guys trying to deal with gynecomastia, know that you’re not alone. You’ve probably tried exercising, dieting, maybe even supplements or other products meant to reduce the size of chest.
But what you’ve likely found out—like so many others—is that gyno is virtually impossible to treat without surgery. You might have heard that male breast reduction surgery is too painful, too expensive, or doesn't work that well...but we have great news for you.
Gynecomastia surgery has never been safer or easier than it is today—and with zero-interest financing, it’s never been more affordable. So what’s stopping you from joining that 90% of men loving life after gyno surgery?
The problem is...
Finding the top surgeon to perform your breast reduction is tough. Many guys don’t go through with their procedure just because they can’t find the right doctor.
When you’re picking a doctor, results and reviews are everything. Unfortunately, even great doctors don’t have results to show because they might not have performed enough surgeries or helped enough patients—and it’s hard to bet your future on a surgeon without proof.
But doctors with tons of experience might not have the right experience. Surgeons who have been practicing for decades may still be using outdated procedures when safer, newer options are available. But how do you find the perfect combination of experience and innovation?
Meet Dr. Sidway...
One of Utah’s highest-rated gyno specialists, hitting the perfect balance of results and patient care.

Dr. Sidway' patient-first mindset is one of the reasons he's able to consistently get the results his patients want, and why his past and current patients rate him one of Utah's most talented and professional doctors on Real Self, again and again. Minimize pain, minimize scarring, maximize happiness. It's that simple.
Dr. Sidway' state-of-the-art Cascade Cosmetic Surgery Center and Medical Spa solves two of our patients' biggest problems—strict scheduling and insufficient on-site facilities for major surgeries.
Dr. Sidway is available from Monday to Saturday for patient consultations and scheduling surgeries, making it incredibly easy for you to get your surgery done with and get on with the rest of your life. Plus, his facility offers a full surgery center, meaning you'll never have to drive halfway across town to spend the night in a strange hospital—we have everything you need, all in one convenient location.
Frequently Asked Questions:
How much does it cost?
The average cost for male breast reduction is difficult to nail down, because there are so many factors that go into each procedure. However, Dr. Sidway offers some of the most competitive prices in Utah. On top of that, we're also a proud partner of Care Credit—no matter what the average cost of male breast reduction is, we can offer financing to help make your procedure a reality.
How do I know if I'm a good candidate?
First, it's important to determine whether or not you have gynecomastia. If you've been exercising and already reached a healthy weight—but still have enlarged breasts—odds are higher you have gynecomastia. Breast tissue can be a mixture of fatty deposits and glandular tissue, the former of which can be removed with liposuction, and the latter which requires incisions. In any case, the only way to know for sure is to meet with a trained plastic surgeon, and determine which procedure—if any—is best for you.
How long will it take me to recover?
Because male breast reductions are a relatively non-intrusive procedure, recovery time is minimal. Although you'll be advised to wear a compression garment for 2-3 weeks following your surgery, you can return to work in just a few days, and resume normal physical activity within a month. Most bruising and swelling will dissipate after 6 weeks, although it's recommended to avoid sun exposure for 6 months after your surgery.
