How much does it cost?

How do I know if I'm a good candidate?
Contrary to popular belief, tummy tucks are not a weight loss procedure. The ideal candidate for a tummy tuck: Are at a stable weight, and not considering pregnancy; Is in generally good health; Has been unable to achieve their desired results with dieting and exercise If you fit the above description, you might be a good candidate for a tummy tuck. However, the only way to know for sure is to meet with a qualified surgeon to weigh all of your options and choose the plan that's right for you.
How long will it take me to recover?
Abdominoplasties usually require an overnight stay in the surgery center for you to be monitored by our nurses.For the first few days, you can expect to have difficulty lying completely flat or standing erect. Pain medication will be provided, and you will return for a follow-up visit 3-5 days after your procedure. In total, your recovery time will take several weeks. Your surgeon will develop a plan that minimizes your recovery period as much as possible.
What about a mini tummy tuck?
In some cases, your main problem area might be your lower abdominals. In cases where only a small portion of your lower stomach need to be corrected, we refer to the procedure as a mini tummy tuck. Conversely, you may need tightening up from your abdominals to your obliques and around your lower back. This is called an extended tummy tuck. Since these procedures require either much less or much more planning and work than traditional tummy tucks, cost and recovery time also vary—however, the average cost of a tummy tuck in Utah is relatively low.
